24Seven Maids Ownership Program

The 24Seven Maids Ownership Program is a performance-based growth path for reliable, long-term team members who want leadership responsibility and opportunity.

This program is not a franchise, not a buy-in, and not guaranteed. Ownership is earned through consistent work, trust, and approval.

How the Program Works

Team members begin as cleaners or crew members and are trained in our systems, standards, and customer expectations.

After six months of employment, eligible employees may request consideration to enter the Ownership Program. Entry into the program is discretionary and requires approval.

A minimum of twelve months of total training is required from the start of employment. Training includes leadership development, operations, quality control, and accountability.

If approved after training, a separate division or entity may be created in an approved and requested territory. The participant may receive up to thirty percent ownership in that entity. Ownership terms are defined by formal agreements.

This program is performance-based, approval-based, and designed for long-term team members.
